Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the type of artwork purchased. Typically, orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

- Domestic orders: 3-5 business days


- International orders: up to 30 business days


You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

How is artwork packaged for shipping?

We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Depending on the item, it may be shipped in a sturdy tube or a flat protective package.

What is your return policy?

XSELLIS will process and refund/exchange all returns within 30 days of receiving returned Goods from the Buyer in the post or via our chosen common carrier. For Goods shipped to a different country from the origin country for such Goods, XSELLIS may offer only a partial refund subject to shipping (both outbound and return) and handling costs.

What is the difference between an original artwork and a print?

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist, while prints are reproductions of original works. Limited edition prints are produced in a fixed quantity, making them more exclusive.

How do I know if an artwork is a limited edition?

We also have this information in our product description, please make sure you read this as there are a variety of artworks available.

Are the prints framed or unframed?

We offer both framed and unframed options. Framing details can be found in the product description. If you need a custom frame, please contact us.
