Lula Goce:
Covent Garden Damn Yankee Wine Bar Mural

Lula Goce's first UK appearance painting a mural. Executed in May 2024, at Covent Garden Damn Yankee Wine Bar & Merchant, 175 Drury Ln, London, and is still on show to this day.

Lula Goce is one of Spains most pre eminent contempary urban street artists. This bold mural adorns the exterior of Damn Yankee, bringing a vibrant burst of colour and energy to Drury Lane. Marking her London debut in street art, the Galician artist transforms the façade with her signature blend of lush botanical motifs, expressive female figures and subtle touches of empowerment and nature.

The imagery aligns with the wine bar’s creative spirit, just as the space invites discovery and curiosity, the artwork invites a second look, an unexpected moment of beauty in the heart of the West End. The result is an intersection of urban lifestyle, fine wine and open-air art, all wrapped into one striking visual greeting for visitors.

Furthermore, there is a separate pop up show inside Damn Yankee Wine Bar curated by xsellis featuring works from David Shrigley, Nick Grindrod, Pure Evil and Banksy.
